Well, that's not a problem next week when the BBC's popular Gaelic music show, Rapal TV stages "Beo ann an Steornabhagh" (Live in Stornoway) at Studio Alba on Seaforth Road. For the Rapal TV team are looking for audience members to come along and enj
oy two nights of free fantastic music for what's "an awesome bill of fresh Scottish talent!"
It's open to all – young and old - and the two nights kick off on Thursday, June 18 with the first of six band showcases; the left field ska meets RnB meets Britpop sound of Dundee band, Peg & the Bouffants; the sweeping, infectious, 80s inspired dance-rock of Glasgow's The Cinematics; and the charming folk pop craft of Mull singer songwriter, Sorren MacLean, and his band.

On Friday, June 19, Glasgow band, Jocasta Sleeps take centre stage with their fresh spiky guitar led rock sound; Edinburgh's Broken Records will be showing off their unique, indie-folk music; and another Glasgow band, Wake the President, complete the line up with their fantastic jangly guitar inspired grown up pop!
Filming in front of the live audience begins at 7 pm each night and the tickets are free and available at the door.
