Euroclean also do kilt hire and I'm afraid their service is not any better in that dept.
My friend hired a complte outfit last week. On the day of the wedding as he was getting ready he noticed that the sporran was missing. His wife phoned the shop and she was told that it was her husband's fault as he did not check the contents when it was delivered to him! Absolutely outrageous attitude. He had to borrow a sporran from a neighbour.
At the same wedding the father of the groom had a cravatte missing from his outfit.
I don't think these are isolated incidents of poor service.

I had excellent service done by euroclean in stornoway.
I work on a sailboat as a stewardess and i need to have laundry done all over the world, and i rarely had such a good, friendly and quick service before!
So i dont know what you guys are talking about and all i can think of is that the owner could have changed.

Agree with pinkcavaq...
Whilst on holiday from Ireland, I used Euroclean to have jeans repaired, was very specific about the patch required and even had my mother tack the patch in place ready to be sewn.
The staff at the time agreed to my request but then proceeded to cut the original patch and make a complete botch of the stiching, ruined a £90 pair of jeans and charged £5.50 in the process.
On pick up the staff couldn't care less and are very rude. The service is awful and I would warn all others to avoid this business - unless you want to pay to have your clothes ruined.
If this is a franchise and I were the owner of Euroclean I would not be happy with the way my business name was being portrayed by the staff in Stornoway

Euroclean is Stornoway’s only dry cleaners which is not a good thing.
As a result of there being no competition the owner doesn’t seem to care about the garments or customer care at all.
The amount of people who’ve received garments that have been shrunk or completely ruined, not due to incompetence as I’m sure they’re able to do it properly, but through lack of interest and care in doing things properly.
They also provide a kilt hire service but this is also not recommended. The kilts have not been cared for and looked after, the rage available is very poor and often pieces af the accessories are missing from a hire outfit.
Another service offered is Costume Hire. The costumes are now very old and worn and on an island as small as stornoway it gets tiring seeing the same costumes at fancy dress events all the time. People I know have even been turned away from hiring a set of costumes for a party as they just couldn’t be bothered.
Poor products and services and awful customer service, not recommended at all
