Stornoway town centre was filled with zombies on Saturday who burst in to dance for a Thriller Flash mob.
Organised by An Lanntair’s Dance Development Officer Kirstie Anderson, the event was part of this week’s Faclan Hebridean Book Festival.
On Friday night there were lectures by Francis Spufford on his book ‘Unapologetic’ and headliner Professor Richard Dawkins spoke about this book ‘The God Delusion’.
The Festival closed with A Cocktail Hour with best-selling author Jenny Colgan; followed by the 1932 silent film ‘Vampyr’ with live piano accompaniment by Peter Urpeth; and then the Dark Night of the Soul, a Club Night with a DJ set with Keith Morrison.
