Trust Housing Association, which has a based in Stornoway marks this year as their 40th Anniversary.
Initially established as Kirk Care Housing Association in 1973, since then their name has changed but their values and objectives haven’t, to provide quality homes and services that promote independent living.
Trust is holding celebrations from May to August involving as many tenants as possible.
Over 60 developments across Scotland have liaised with their tenants to come up with an event that suits their tenants’ needs, from low key tea parties to 70’s themed fancy dress events involving local schools, businesses and MSPs.
Trust’s Lewis Street development at Stornoway pulled out all the stops on June 19th when they held a fun packed ceilidh day, with tenants and members of the local community attending (pictured SGD25280).
Trust is an organisation that has been successfully delivering housing and support services for 40 years. Providing security and peace of mind, and knowing that a high quality service and working in partnership with tenants is the key to success.
