The ancient tradition of Guga Hunting saw the latest generation of hunters return to port safely with their approved harvest quota.

The hunters arrived home in Port of Ness on Friday, September 9, and unloaded in Stornoway the following morning.

The Guga Hunters, who traditionally are all men from Ness, work together both on Sula Sgeir when harvesting the guga and when unloading at port.
