Health and Social care consultation events

A series of public consultation events will be held in the Western Isles in January and February 2016.

These meetings will provide an opportunity to ask questions about the draft Strategic Plan for Health and Social Care Integration Joint Board and will take place during the formal consultation period of 13 January to 12 February.

NHS Western Isles are interested in hearing from the people who use the services, family carers, members of the public, community leaders, and members of staff across the NHS, Comhairle and third sector.

The meetings will take place on:

Tue 26 January, Public Engagement from 7-9pm at Ness Community Hall

Wed 27 Jan, Public Engagement from 6.30 – 8.30pm at Chamber, Comhairle nan Eilean Siar, Sandwick Rd, Stornoway

Mon 8 Feb, Public Engagement from 7-9pm at Balivanich Community Hall

Tue 9 Feb, Public Engagement from 7-9pm at Castlebay Community Hall

Wed 10 Feb, Public Engagement from 7-9pm at Tarbert Community Hall
