TV presenter Angellica Bell is encouraging the Western Isles under 5s to celebrate the 45th anniversary of Eric Carle’s beloved children’s book ‘The Very Hungry Caterpillar’ by hosting their own Giant Wiggle.
Angellica said: “Leading charity Action for Children is setting little ones in the Western Isles a very wiggly challenge – to raise sponsorship by forming giant caterpillar conga lines at thier children’s centre or nursery on March 20th, The Very Hunrgy Caterpillar Day.
“The Giant Wiggle is a brilliant opportunity for tots to have fun with friends, get some exercise and raise money for a great cause,” she continued.
“Action for Children is a great charity that does very important work with children and families, heloing to give them a happy healthy start in life.”
Angellica added: “My little one will be taking part, so join us, Action for Children and The Very Hungry Capterpillar – and let’s get wiggling!”
