Lewis and Harris FC manager Kevin Anderson says he can’t wait for the Jock Mackay Cup final after steering his side to the showpiece final at the first time of asking.
A stunning hat-trick by Innes Iain Morrison dumped North Caledonian League champs-elect Halkirk out in a thrilling semi-final.
Now attention turns to Golspie in the final where both sides sit 90 minutes away from glory.
Anderson said: “It was a good win and a good performance from the boys - all the way from back to front.
“It’s only two weeks now till the final which isn’t long but we’ll be ready and we will continue to work hard.
“We have a great squad and we’ll do our best to bring the trophy home!”
The Jock Mackay Cup final will take place on Saturday, March 26, in Invergordon.
