It’s been three years since Point singer/songwriter Colin Macleod last released a record – a fact which also surprises him!

But tomorrow night (Friday, October 18th), the musician once known as The Boy Who Trapped The Sun, Colin launches his new EP – ‘The Anchor’ – at the Woodlands Centre, Stornoway.

“I really didn’t mean for it to be so long,” said Colin of his three year hiatus. “I’m happy with the new EP though. It was only supposed to be a stop-gap before doing another EP properly in January, but I quite like it.”

For the full interview see this week’s Stornoway Gazette, out today (Thursday 17th).
