The Duke and Duchess of Rothesay were in Harris yesterday much to the delight of the local community.
They visited a weaving shed at Stockinish before stopping off at the Isle of Harris Knitwear shop in Grosebay where they stamped the orb on to the tweed.
The visit was to mark the centenary year of the Harris Tweed Orb.
Later they dropped into the Bays Community Centre to met the local community and representatives from the Harris Tweed industry. The Duchess also visited Tarbert Fire Station where she presented certificates to local volunteers.
