An unreliable mobile phone signal in Stornoway over the weekend caused inconvenience to many people as the Royal National Mod got underway.
However Vodafone said today (Monday) that the fault had been repaired.
Customers were on limited service as the signal dipped up and down but it should now be back to normal.
A spokesperson for the company said: “I can confirm that some customers may have been experiencing problems in the area over the weekend. However the fault has now been resolved and service has resumed. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
