There have been many and varied fundraising activities in support of Children in Need around the Islands over the last decade, here are just a few of the images from these charitable activities - can you spot yourself?

Evelyn and Eilidh from Radio nan Gaidheal kicked off their fundraising push for Children in Need in 2004, activities such as a ‘Pram Push’ around town were planned to pull in the pennies for the cause.

The Special Class at Stornoway Primary used their Enterprise Project to raise £260 for Children in Need in 2004.

Superheroes at the Clydesdale Bank in Stornoway put their fundraising rather than their crime-fighting skills to the test for Children in Need 2008, raising £230 for the cause.

MG ALBA bosses Donald Campbell and Neil Graham were gunged for Children in Need 2008 raising £465.

Dun Berisay Care Home staff got into the spirit of the Children in Need campaign in 2009 and raised £250 that year.

Lewis Sport Centre staff broke the pain barrier in 2010 to raise money for Children in Need with a sponsored wax off.

‘Barbie’ Kathleen MacDonald with Oompa Loompas Sarah Hanlon, Kara Harrison and Gillian Johnson made a great effort in the Nicolson Institute’s fundraising actiivites for Children in Need in 2011.

Stornoway Superdrug Staff raised upwards of £700 for Children in Need in 2011 when they recorded their very own version of ‘Mamma Mia’ which played live on Radio nan Gaidheal on Children in Need Friday.

Pudsey the Bear visited Sgoil nan Loch in 2012 to collect their fundraising contribution of £350 raised from various fun activities.

Pudsey the Bear visited Stornoway Primary in 2013, who through a pyjama day, had raised £1,169 for the Children in Need charity push.
