A public meeting to discuss progress on the project to replace St Brendan’s in Barra is set to take place next week.
The meeting will take place on Thursday, February 6th, at 7.30pm in CastlebaySchool, and NHS Western Isles and Comhairle nan Eilean Siar senior representatives will be in attendance to provide updates on the re-provision of both hospital and social care services.
Chief Executive of NHS Western Isles, Gordon Jamieson, said: “We look forward to meeting with members of the Barra community to update them on the progress made to date and on the future process to modernise health and social care facilities in Barra.
“We would encourage everyone with an interest to attend the meeting, and there will be an opportunity for questions.”
