MV Isle of Lewis is experiencing technical problems again today (Monday) and sailings have been cancelled.
A spokesperson for Calmac said there was an issue with the electronic control systems and that specialist engineers were on their way to Stornoway.
Traffic is currently being diverted through Tarbert.
The 1350hrs and 1735hrs sailings between Stornoway and Ullapool have now been cancelled. There will be buses provided to transport passengers to connect to and from the 1600hrs sailing from Tarbert. The bus will depart Stornoway at 1400hrs. There will be two buses meeting that sailing at Uig, one going Inverness and the other to Ullapool. Please contact your port of departure. Calmac Ferries apologises for any inconvenience caused.
Due to extreme low tides the 11:10am sailing from Berneray and the 12:20pm sailing from Leverburgh have also been cancelled.
