Disability inclusion day of sport

THE Lewis and Harris Sports Council is inviting 11-year-olds to adults to come along and try various sports.
Participants are asked to wear suitable clothing for indoor sport and swimwear for the fun session.

Parents are not required to stay but are asked to provide contact details and any other relevant information.

The inclusion day will take place on Saturday November 1, at Lewis Sport Centre, from 1.30pm until 4.30pm.

Sports will include bowling, tag rugby, as well as swimming and a fun session.
