Sports Festival unihoc winners

DURING October and November the Lewis and Harris Sports Council Sports Festival Unihoc events took place at Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais.
The Primary event had 36 teams (nine leagues of three) taking part with the nine league winners meeting in the Finals night on November 6.
The Secondary S1 and S2 event took place on the October 8 with 10 teams competing in two leagues of five with the winners of each league playing in the final.
The Primary winners were the Red Devils, while Shawbost won the S1&2 event.
If it was not for the support of the following individuals the Unihoc events would not have ran so smoothly - Sports Centre Staff, Tony Wade, Gordon Macdonald, Jenna Stewart, David Macleod, Alex Wade, Iain GG Campbell and finally the Primary & S1 & S2 players for making the events a great success.
