The Lewis Darts season starts back on Wednesday, August 22nd, with the Donnie Bookie Cup taking place in Sea Angling Club, Stornoway at an 8pm start.

The same rules apply as in last year’s Cup compeition, with all names going in hat and Captains of teams picking them out.

This Friday there is a Darts Tribute Night with local players, walk on girls and Bullseye taking place in Sea Angling from 7.30pm.

There will be loads of prizes to be won and chance to play Bullseye, and some can win the chance to play darts with their own walk-on girls and music, the last few times have been a great laugh.

The Elgin Open was held last weekend, and the best performances were from Keith Bain who got to last 32 and Sandy Mo who got to last 16 of the Singles, and in the Doubles Andy and Sandy Mo got to last 16 and (wine gum) Willie Reid with his new poundland glasses after sitting on his own pair the night before, and Keith Bain did very well getting to the last eight.

See you at the Oche!
