Lewis and Harris FC’s historic North Caledonian Cup semi-final against Shetland will take place in Golspie.
The choice of venue was confirmed at a meeting this week where the inter-island match for a place in the final.
Taking place on Saturday, November 1, the match will be Lewis and Harris FC’s first appearance in the semi-final stage having only entered the competition for the first time last year.
They reached the final four following a stunning 7-0 thrashing of Sutherland United in the quarter-final stages. Shetland were handed a bye through to the semi’s after Inverness Clachnacuddin were unable to raise a team and forfeited their own quarter-final.
A venue for the final has yet to be determined although it will be played on Saturday, November 29.
