More than 220 youngsters, making up a massive 42 teams, contested the Primary Uni-Hoc compeition.

In the end though just ten teams could qualify for the finals night and play for the Gold and Silver medals.

On the evening of Wednesday, September 30, the Sport & Health Team hosted the 2015 Uni Hoc final. The 10 teams which successfully qualified to play in the finals were: Laxdale Stars, Tanks and Lollies, LIC’s Lightning, Shawbost Starburts, Back A and C, Sty PC Red, Tong Strikers and Uni Stars.

The 10 teams were split into two leagues of five teams with every team in the league playing each other. The winners of each league progressed to the final. All teams played exceptional Uni-Hoc, which produced very exciting games!

After the group stages Laxdale Tanks topped League 1 and Shawbost Starburst topping League 2. The final was exciting with Shawbost Starburst taking the Gold medal.
