Teacakes top of the unihoc class

editorial image

SHAWBOST Teacakes proved to be the best of the rest on the unihoc court as they triumphed in a keenly contested S1 and S2 Lewis and Harris Sports Council Sports Festival event.

They edged out school rivals Shawbost Jaffa’s in the five-team event which took place last month at Ionad Spòrs Leòdhais.

All the teams, including the other three: Shawbost Doughnuts, Shawbost Snowballs and GB United played each other in a round robin.

Everyone involved with the event would like to thank Sports Centre Staff, Murdo Maclean and all the S1 & S2 teams and parents for helping ensure the event ran so smoothly.
