Children in Need Fundraising night
And with the opportunity to see new outfits designed by the kilt shop in a special fashion show, as well as the chance of Bidding for a made-to-measure hand-stitched kilt, it looks set to be a night not to be missed.
Taking place in Stornoway Town Hall on Friday, 18th November, from 7pm to 10pm, the event brings a musical extravaganza with both Lewis & Harris junior Pipe Band and Wind Band providing entertainment.

Hide AdThere will also be Highland Dancing displays from Lynn Maclean dancers; to enjoy; along with ‘Pudsey’s Flash of Tartan fashion show, showcasing 20 new outfits designed and created by Celtic Clothing owner and tailor Kathleen Ferdinando.
Many fairground attractions will keep all engaged, including Face Painting, Candy Floss and a ‘Guess How Many Spots on Pudsey’s Cake’ and guess the Doll’s name competitions.
Children in Need’s very own Pudsey bear will be there for the fun and ready to have his picture taken with island youngsters with Stornoway photographer Malcolm Macleod on hand to capture the moments.
Several island businesses have also lent their support to the fundraising event, with Tesco’s organising the light refreshments and Events for donating some face paints being done by Elaine MacAulay and Barbara Wirth, Karen Spence for Pudsey’s fairy cakes and cakes from Grill Burger
