This is the fourth annual Dementia Dip and it is proving to be a popular event and a fun way of raising much needed finds for the service.

All the money raised is used locally to support people with dementia and their families and last year a grand total of £2500 was raised, which was used to support ongoing community activities and carer support.

Karen Macdonald, Community fundraiser is organising and leading the event this year and is hoping that it will be well attended.

She said: “More than 40 people took part last year and this year we would really love to make the 100!
