Hide AdLiz Lochhead was named winner of the Queen’s Gold Medal for Poetry 2015 after the Queen approved a unanimous decision to honour her body of work spanning over forty years.
The Poet Laureate Carol Ann Duffy described Liz Lochhead as “an inspirational force in British Poetry…funny, feisty, full of feeling, a fantastic performer.”
The show has received excellent reviews. The Sunday Times said “brilliant, raucous and scabrously funny” and The Scotsman thought it was “funny, frank and frisky”.
