Poster competition success for Sir E Scott

Out of 4,900 entries, Thomas MacAskill a P5 pupil has been chosen as this year’s regional winner for Highlands & Islands.

He will be attending a special prize giving and exhibition launch at Dynamic Earth on Tuesday 24th May to collect his certificate.

The school said: “We are so proud of Thomas and his achievement and his winning drawing (seen above).

“We also had four other pupils whose work has been chosen to be part of the exhibition – Mairi Anna Binns P6, Murray Macdonald P7, Kieran McNally P5 and Alasdair Langley P5 – well done!”

The exhibition will take place from 24 May to 29 August, so if you are in Edinburgh, you should try to get along and see the work.
