Scotland's Gardens scheme

An Upper Carloway couple had their garden open for visitors throughout the summer as part of Scotland's Gardens, the scheme supporting gardens open for charity.

Stuart and Rowena Oakley had quite a busy summer but they are now coming to the end of the season. Their garden is closing at the end of August and they want to let people know there are only a couple of weeks left for folk to visit this year. They have been opening their garden in support of the Red Cross for 12 years. Their garden is at Leathad Ard, Upper Carloway and is open between 10 am and 6 pm six days a week (not Sundays).
