Sheep dog trials from 1986

The Gazette reported related that the course was quite a tricky one and locating the sheep was not easy!

Twenty-two dogs ran in the trials with nine of those under two and a half years old. And two handlers competed for the first time.

Following this event more trials were planned for the Shawbost, Point and Carloway areas for later in the year.
