Spectacular total for Sir E Scott School Children in Need 2016

Sir E Scott school managed to raise a total of £3,128.88 this year for the BBC's Children in Need Appeal.

A group of S5/S6 pupils assisted by Mrs. Barbara Mackay, organised a day of fun filled activities.

These included a bouncy castle, sponge the teachers, baking sales, face painting, nail painting, henna, spotacular merchandise and a visit to the village in fancy dress.

The school worked in partnership with the local Bank of Scotland and we are very much indebted to Mrs Anne Ferguson for her assistance on the day.

Thank you also to Mairi Maciver, CLD and Kate Langley, Volunteer Scotland, who also assisted on the day as well as teachers who contributed to make the event so successful.

The organising group would like to thank all the pupil helpers and the Tellytubbies!

We are also indebted to the local community for their kind monetary contributions. A successful event was enjoyed by all who participated.
