Night captain of the MV Loch Seaforth clocks up an amazing 25 years in the job
Long-serving night captain for CalMac Ferries, Ronnie Nicolson, has reached his silver anniversary status with the ferry operator.
Finlay MacRae, Head of Operations for CalMac, said: “Ronnie has been a dedicated colleague for 25 years and we are very grateful for his service to CalMac and the Loch Seaforth. Night crews, including Ronnie, work hard to keep lifelines services moving and their contribution is invaluable.
“Ronnie is an essential part of the team and he deserves an award to mark this service milestone.”
