Nominate your Western Isles NHS heroes for the Scottish Health Awards

Islanders are reminded that there is still time to nominate a member of NHS Western Isles staff for the Scottish Health Awards 2020.

This year there are 16 award categories and in a year when staff across health and social care have been rising to the many challenges of working during the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there’s never been a better time to recognise and reward them for what they have been doing day-in and day-out.

No matter what their title, or where they are based, if they have genuinely made a difference, please nominate them before the closing date of September 30.

In addition, there is also the People’s Choice Award which will be open to a public vote from October 19.
