MUSIC lovers in Biggar will have a rare chance to see some fantastic live music after casting their votes on May 7.
Australian-born blues singer/guitarist Kara Grainger will play an intimate gig in the cosy setting of Biggar’s newest music venue, the town’s snooker hall.
Kara is a masterful slide guitarist as well as a great vocalist and has performed and recorded with some of the top names in Blues in her adopted home city of Los Angeles.
Kara’s first solo EP was called Secret Soul. She then followed it up with the full length Grand and Green River in 2008. In 2013, she released Shiver and Sigh.
Kara Grainger will play Biggar Snooker Hall on Friday, May 7, with doors opening at 7.30pm.
