Demand for new build homes is on the rise in Scotland, with West Dunbartonshire ranking the most popular among homebuyers, according to HouseScan. Research shows that some parts of Scotland have a much higher proportion of new properties on offer, with these 10 areas ranked as the top property hotspots for new build homes. New build demand is based on the proportion of new build homes already sold subject to contract or under offer, as a percentage of all new build housing stock listed for sale.
