Zac Strikes a Pose at Sunset by Rob Livingstone

Rob Livingstone is a very keen amateur dog photographer. Every now and then he diversifies into landscapes but his dog (Zak) is generally beside him, and is the main focus of his photography, but having the beautiful islands as a backdrop naturally helps too.

He lives in Leverburgh on the Isle of Harris now, after moving from the mainland a few years ago.

Rob said: “Our family and relatives are spread across the Western Isles. I only got into photography when I started taking pics of my dog, who is now followed worldwide on Facebook (Zak Livingstone) and instagram (@world.of.weimaraner).

“Through these uncertain times we find ourselves in at present, if any photograph I take can brings comfort or release from someones day, I’m more than happy for that.
