Attention juice lovers. To raise funds for Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Innerleithen-based business, Cuddybridge Apple Juice have produced a naturally pink juice made from the Discovery apple. Bottles start from £2.15, with 10p from each sale this month going to Breast Cancer Care.

Low cal snack

If you want a low-calorie hit of protein, try Chirps from Two Chicks. Made with egg whites, they contain 20 per cent fewer calories and 50 per cent less fat than your average bag of crisps. They sold out in Selfridges earlier this year but are now available nationwide in Holland & Barratt stores, with three flavours – Spicy Jalapeno, Sour Cream and Onion, and Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, £1.49 per 28g bag.

All sprogged up? Get along to the Pregnancy, Birth and Baby Fair at Knot Stressed, Edinburgh, on 7 and 8 November, 9am-9pm.
