Fitness wear brand Lululemon is holding a pop-up shop on 28 February from 1pm-3pm at Hot House Yoga, Slotline House, St Andrews (www.hothouseyogastandrews.com), where there will also be a free class from 3:30pm-4:30pm for all newbies. Or, visit their other pop-up on 27 February, 9:30pm-12:30pm at Yoga’s Got Hot (555 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, 07919 658 250, www.yogasgothot.com), which will also be running gratis yoga classes all day, booking essential.

We’re wondering if Glasgow’s new Prep Fitness Kitchen is one of the first eateries in Scotland to offer Bulletproof Coffee (£3.50) on its menu. Inspired by the yak butter tea that the Bulletproof founder discovered on his travels, this drink is made from their upgraded coffee beans, organic butter and coconut oil.
