The Bible is being hand written in An Lanntair, Stornoway today (Friday).
The People’s Bible Project is a national tour which asks people to hand-write a few verses from the Bible using a special digital pen. They are asking people to come along today between 10am and 5pm to play a part.
The project is a joint venture between the Bible Society in England and Wales and the Scottish Bible Society and aims to reconnect the British public with the Bible on the 400th anniversary of the King James Bible.
The finished Bible will be available in both paper and online versions.
