Busy cruising weeks for Stornoway

The latest cruise vessel to call in at Stornoway Port was the '˜Voyager' (pictured) which was docked at Pier number 3 during Monday and which brought its 540 cruising guests into port for a cultural and historical tour of the Island.

Also calling into the port this week are the ‘Hebridean Sky’ which will be docked at Pier 3 today (Tuesday).

The magnificent 231 metre ‘Artania’ will visit the port on Wednesday and will moor in deeper anchorage, she brings with her up to 1,200 passengers.

Smaller cruise ship - accommodating just over 110 guests - the ‘Serenissima’ will also be in port on Wednesday docking at Pier number 1.

The ‘Corinthian’, again a more intimate cruise ship, accommodates 100 guests and will arrive in Stornoway on Thursday at Pier 3.

And on Friday we see the return of regular cruise visitor the ‘Hebridean Princess’ and she will berth at Pier 1 East.

The following week the port will also see visits by cruise ships the ‘Bremen’ and ‘Serenissima’ on June 20th and the ‘Azura’ on June 22nd.
