Coinneach needs help from home for Polar Challenge

An adventurous Lewisman is looking for the support of his homeland to secure a spot on the challenge of a lifetime.

Forty year old Coinneach Macleod, from Cromore, South Lochs, is on the shortlist of candidates from around the world vying for a place on next year’s Fjällräven Polar.

But in order to book a place on the 300km dog sled journey from Signaldalen, Norway to Jukkasjärvi, Swedish Lappland, Coinneach needs your help.
