Police are currently searching for a vulnerable elderly man who has gone missing in North Lanarkshire.
Michael Teevan (80), is from Leven, Fife but was last seen at the Brewers Fayre in Stepps where he stopped driving to use the toilet at 6.35pm on Tuesday, May 5.
Michael was unwell when he stopped driving and blocked in other vehicles. A member of he public called an ambulance, and paramedics instructed him to return home, rest and see his doctor.
He left the area without his wife and has not been seen since.
Michael is diabetic and wears two hearing aids. He is also unfamiliar with the area.
He is described as white, 80 years of age, around 170 centimetres tall and bald with grey hair at the sides. He wears glasses, has a wrinkled complexion and was wearing a blue jacket with grey T-shirt and dark trousers.
His car is a grey Ford B-Max VRM, registration ST63 DNE.
In addition to North Lanarkshire enquiries are also ongoing in Fife but with no result so far.
