This Easter holidays do you fancy some nightly cardio, toning and stretching with some groovy moves to incredible tunes?
Alex Jones will be on hand to put you through your paces at An Lanntair’s first Dance Bootcamp.
Running from Monday, March 31st to Thursday, April 6th, the Bootcamp uses different styles of dance that work to sculpt your body, build up fitness and improve co-ordination, balance and those all important dance skills.
It’s not for the light hearted - but those with two left feet more than welcome.
The emphasis is on fun and fitness so you don’t need to have any dance skills – but if you like moving to good music that’s a start.
Alex will include a bit of everything over the week: ballet for toning and posture; jive for cardio; salsa for slimming the waist; jazz and hip hop for extra toning and fitness with some relaxed contemporary and a yoga style stretch to finish each evening.
Expect to sweat, ache, feel great and have a dance-tastic time!
The Dance Bootcamp takes place at 7.30pm each night and the Hebrides Dance & Wellbeing Studio and is for Over 16s only.
Spaces are limited so please book asap to avoid disappointment. Bootcamp cost is £35 (£25 concession) although why not take advantage of the Special Offer where you can attend Friday night Beginner Ballet half price (£3) to finish off the week on a high.
