Duke of Edinburgh visits Elmwood

Our photographic trip down memory lane this week once again comes courtesy of the Fife Herald archives.

We’re not sure when it was taken, but we’d guess around the late ‘70s or early ‘80s.

All it says on the back is ‘Visit of D of E to Cupar, talking to Army boys at Elmwood College.’

Accompanying the Duke is the late Bert Gough, who was convener of what was then Fife Regional Council from 1978 to 1996.
