Forty five brave souls went feet first into a challenge in memory of a young Lewis woman recently and have raised over £15,000 for their efforts.

Friends and family of Muriel Brough, who passed away last year after a long battle with ovarian aged just 34, got together to raise funds for the Highland Hospice in Inverness.

The team took part in a Firewalk Challenge in an effort to give something back to the Hospice who provided first class care and support for her and her family.
