Flybe unveils increased Summer capacity

Flybe franchise partner Loganair has announced a 12% increase in capacity on its summer 2015 Glasgow - Stornoway schedule, which is now available to book for travel through September 3.

Loganair will use larger, 50-seat, Saab 2000 aircraft on two of the eight flights per week-day between Glasgow and Stornoway.

Speaking about the latest schedule, Phil Preston, chief operating officer at Loganair said: “We’re delighted to provide an additional 12% seat capacity on the Stornoway route”

“The larger Saab 2000 aircraft will offer greater flexibility for customers, with more seats available per service.

“The popular 11:00 Glasgow departure provides convenient connections from Birmingham, Manchester and East Midlands, encouraging tourists to visit Lewis and the surrounding area”
