Harris road partly reopens after landslide
The road to Harris has been partly reopened to traffic following a landslide on Monday night.
Emergency services were called to the scene between the Harris Hotel and Health centre to clear the road of trees and soil.
An assessment of the hillside conditions was carried out at first light this morning (Tuesday) and although Sir E. Scott School and nursery will remain closed today they are expected to open again tomorrow, Wednesday 19th.
