Clive Weatherhogg, of Balmalcolm, is alleged to have “intentionally caused” the woman, who cannot be named, to have sex with another man by co-ercing her.

That is alleged to have taken place between September 10 2013 and September 17 2014 at addresses in Kent and Ladybank, Fife.

Then, on Christmas Day last year at an address in Leuchars, Weatherhogg is alleged to have caused the woman’s sister to view a video of her having sex.

Weatherhogg is also alleged to have shown the woman’s father the video on December 22 and to have uploaded it to the internet, again on Christmas Day.

Weatherhogg, 42, pleaded not guilty on indictment to three charges under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act, one under the Communications Act and one of behaving in a threatening and abusive manner.

During his appearance at Dundee Sheriff Court today (Tuesday) Sheriff Lorna Drummond QC fixed a further pre-trial hearing next month.
