Iain’s poster made final three in competition

Nine year old Iain Macleod from Tarbert has been named the runner up of the Edinburgh Festival Fringe Society’s annual poster competition.

The Sir E Scott Primary School pupil’s poster was praised by judges for being quirky, colourful and humorous.

The Fringe’s annual poster competition, which is now in its 32nd year, attracted more than 3,000 entries from 124 different schools.

Iain’s poster will be displayed at the Museum of Childhood in Edinburgh until the 31st of August alongside the poster from overall winner, the runner up and the 13 regional winners.
