The Launch of Dr Robertson’s Memoirs, ‘Leaving the Nets, Trusting Him’ by Crossroads (Harris) was a huge success last Saturday.

The Launch was teamed up with a Coffee Morning/Lunch event. The event was very well attended and allowed the people who knew Dr Robertson to reminisce about his time in Harris.

The book was unveiled by some of Dr Robertson former colleagues – Johan Morrison, his first receptionist, Effie Maclennan who was Matron of Harris House, Kathleen Macleod and Fiona Morrison who worked in the Surgery.

The book maps out the very interesting life of Dr Robertson, who is now 90 and lives in Rosemarkie in the Black Isle.

The book was published by Crossroads (Harris) Care Attendant Scheme, of which Dr Robertson was founder member.

All the profits from the book go towards the work of Crossroads (Harris) The book costs £8 and is available from Crossroads (Harris) and will also be available in local outlets.
