Nostalgia - Identifying the choir
Reader, Rev Donald M. Morrison, of Culbokie, Dingwall, sent us a photo of a Stornoway Choir (Stornoway Gaelic Choir ?) from the late 1930s.
He said: “The lady at the back to the left of the choirmaster (over his right shoulder) is my late mother, Murdina Matheson, 6 Aird, Uig. Sadly, I have no information as to the event they were participating in.
“Hopefully, some of your readers may be able to identify others in the photo.”
