Police Files - Mobile Top Up Scam
Police are warning businesses in the area of a telephone scam involving top-ups for mobile phones following an incident in the Daliburgh area when a sum of money was defrauded.
Enquiries into this particular incident are continuing but Police say businesses should be made aware that such a scam is operating locally, and to make the relevant checks if they are contacted and offered top-ups.
