This meeting forms part of the SNP’s National Survey, launched in September by Nicola Sturgeon, and is intended to be a constructive listening exercise as the SNP aims to engage with at least 2 million people by St Andrew’s Day.

The information and insight gathered will inform the next stage of the campaign.

Alasdair Allan commented: “So much has changed in politics over the last couple of years. The UK that Scotland voted to stay a part of in 2014 is very different to the one people are faced with today, as are the arguments around independence.

“With this in mind, I am very keen to hear about people’s feelings and thoughts on Europe, Brexit and Independence.

“This is very much a listening exercise centred around hearing the public’s views and leading a discussion on the kind of Scotland we want to build.

“Please join me for a discussion on how Scotland is changing, and to let us know your views on the political landscape.”
