Stornoway Port Authority appointment

Stornoway Port Authority have announced the appointment of Mr Ian McCulloch to the Board.

Ian had a long and successful career in the oil and gas industry primarily with the international company Conocophillips.

Born and brought up in Morayshire, Ian currently spends his time between Aberdeen and Shawbost, in the family home where his mother was brought up.

Recently retired from full time employment, Ian spent a 35 year career in the offshore industry in a variety of locations around the world.

Following his appointment as a co-opted member in November 2015, the Board would also confirm the appointment of Mr John Nicolson to a 3 year term as a Board Member ending May 2019.

Having extensive maritime, fishing and fish processing experience, John is uniquely qualified to be a Board member of the Port Authority.
